Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of staff management experience
  • Preferably 5 years of housekeeping experience
  • Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Commitment to creating a positive work culture
  • Certifications in safety or HR management are preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of staff management experience in housekeeping or related fields
  • Preferably 5 years of housekeeping experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and motivate employees
  • Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping staff

  • Enforce safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to maintain patient and staff areas
