Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of staff management experience
- Preferably 5 years of housekeeping experience
- Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to creating a positive work culture
- Certifications in safety or HR management are preferred
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of staff management experience in housekeeping or related fields
- Preferably 5 years of housekeeping experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and motivate employees
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
- Certifications in safety, HR management, or housekeeping-related fields are a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping staff
- Mentor and develop employees to foster a positive work environment
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
- Enforce safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with hospital departments to maintain patient and staff areas
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and supplies for environmental services
