Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with property management systems like Opera
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to sit frequently and stand occasionally
- Capacity to handle lifting and moving light objects occasionally
- Willingness to complete mandatory compliance training on time

Job Duties
- Monitors and dispatches incoming calls to housekeeping department
- Produces task assignment sheets daily
- Prints and posts daily key logs for housekeeping attendants
- Monitors Opera system for early check-outs and extended stays
- Updates due-out rooms with supervisors and enters room discrepancies
- Logs lost and found items and follows up with guests
- Radios guest requests to proper personnel and logs dispatch calls
- Generates and prints departure and room move reports daily
- Monitors and logs any call outs, tardies, and no-shows
- Makes suggestions for operational improvements to increase guest satisfaction and reduce costs
- Establishes close working relationships with all co-workers to ensure cooperation and maximum guest service
- Resolves guest issues promptly
- Adheres to department and property policies and procedures
- Maintains knowledge of property memorabilia
- Represents company positively with guests and staff
- Upholds company mission and values
