Job Requirements

  • Shall have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
  • Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
  • Establish the schedule and plan daily work assignments
  • Trains and coaches employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning
  • Manages customer housekeeping problems
  • Inspects and approves staff work performance
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and training to staff
  • Communicate effectively with staff
  • Meets goals of production
  • Develops and trains staff on policy
  • Orders cleaning materials and maintain budget
  • Other duties as assigned or required
