- Prior experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
- Establish the schedule and plan daily work assignments
- Trains and coaches employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning
- Manages customer housekeeping problems
- Inspects and approves staff work performance
- Demonstrate leadership skills and training to staff
- Communicate effectively with staff
- Meets goals of production
- Develops and trains staff on policy
- Orders cleaning materials and maintain budget
- Other duties as assigned or required
