Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- 1 to 2 years of related working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies and equipment
- ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- ability to walk or stand the entire shift, bend, and stoop
- flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to work odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays
- required to complete on-site CPR and blood borne pathogen training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Mix and prepare cleaning products
- clean Coliseum interior and exterior
- vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors
- ensure a safe environment for patrons by removing liquids and debris from walkways during events
- clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures
- replenish supplies in restrooms
- wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops
- remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and Coliseum facilities
- empty waste receptacles
- perform additional staff functions for events
- exercise resource stewardship and report irregularities to supervisors
- follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
