Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • one year of related cleaning experience
  • ability to perform custodial tasks without supervision
  • must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, and stoop for entire shifts
  • flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • ability to follow OSHA and safety guidelines
  • successful completion of CPR and blood borne pathogen training

Job Qualifications

  • one year of related working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies, and equipment
  • ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision

  • completion of on-site CPR and blood borne pathogen training

Job Duties

  • Mix and prepare cleaning products
  • clean Coliseum interior and exterior
  • vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors
  • ensure a safe environment for patrons
  • remove liquids and debris from walkways during events
  • clean and sanitize restroom facilities and replenish supplies
  • wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops
  • remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and facilities
  • empty waste receptacles
  • perform additional staff functions for events
  • follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines
  • report irregularities to supervisors
  • perform other duties as assigned
