Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- at least one year of custodial or building cleaning experience
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, bend, and perform custodial tasks for extended periods
- ability to follow safety protocols and complete required trainings
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- one year of related working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies and equipment
- ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- ability to walk or stand for entire shift, bend, and stoop
- flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- completion of on-site CPR and bloodborne pathogen training
Job Duties
- Mix and prepare cleaning products
- clean Coliseum interior and exterior
- vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors
- ensure a safe environment for patrons
- remove liquids and debris from walkways during events
- clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures
- replenish supplies in restrooms
- wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops
- remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and facilities
- empty waste receptacles
- perform additional staff functions during events
- report irregularities to supervisors to ensure compliance
- follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
