Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Meet cleanliness and hygiene criteria in guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and communal areas
  • Adhere unwaveringly to Hilton's guidelines for health, safety, and security precautions
  • Provide guests with friendly and professional support as they approach
  • Facilitate regular discussions with supervisors and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of housekeeping tasks
  • Assist colleagues and provide support to other hotel departments as deemed necessary
