Job Duties
- maintain an accurate log of events pre-event during event and post-event
- dispatch all essential housekeeping personnel for event incidents and act as central information point
- provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping supervisors and follow direction from command post captain or event coordinator
- communicate issues through IMS device ensuring timely resolution
- monitor all radio transmissions on housekeeping radio channel
- radio to event staff any spills requiring immediate cleaning
- document incidents in IMS dispatch queue and notify appropriate departments
- ensure housekeeping supervisors are aware of all operational issues pre event during event and post event
- confirm redeployments of housekeeping supervisors for egress assignments
- ensure completion of all department incidents prior to leaving command post and shut down technical equipment
