Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats
- Availability to work full-time hours during typical business hours
- Must relocate to Waukesha, WI prior to starting work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ professional products and proven systems
- Perform cleaning tasks in kitchens and bathrooms including floors
- Work as part of a fun, supportive team
- Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to shine
- Treat customers and coworkers with kindness and respect
- Make people smile and say "WOW!" when they see your work
