Job Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning custodial work or hotel housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning floor care sanitation practices and laundry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending standing for extended periods and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products
- Basic understanding of cooking is a nice-to-have skill
- Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry duties such as washing folding and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently
- Maintain floors through sweeping mopping carpet cleaning and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition
- Support housekeeping management with inventory checks and reporting any maintenance or supply needs
