Job Requirements
- ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly in an 8-10 hour shift
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- ability to interact with members in a professional and friendly manner
- reliable transportation required as public transportation is not available
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and setup standards
- good physical stamina and endurance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to perform repetitive lifting tasks
- demonstrated professionalism in guest interactions
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the DuPont Country Club facilities
- set up rooms and event spaces according to specified requirements
- operate and set up audiovisual equipment as needed
- lift and move equipment or supplies weighing between 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- follow instructions carefully and complete tasks independently
- interact professionally and courteously with members and guests
- work nights and weekends as required to support club events and activities
