Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and kneeling
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms to hotel standards and ensure they are guest-ready
  • lift, reach, bend, kneel and perform other physical tasks related to cleaning
  • identify and report maintenance issues to the maintenance team
  • communicate room statuses and guest needs to front desk
  • accommodate guest requests such as late checkouts and extra amenities
  • collaborate proactively with teammates to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • support service recovery efforts when necessary
