Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cleaning and sanitation
- Ability to adhere to regular work schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Background in janitorial or custodial work
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and equipment operation
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to company standards
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and mirrors
- Report maintenance issues, missing items, or room damage
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other public spaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
