Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain good personal appearance at all times
- wear proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by the hotel
- demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests
- clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company and brand standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness
- ensure public areas are clean
- stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms
- report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance, Front Desk immediately
- report missing, damaged, or broken hotel property to supervisor or Front Desk immediately upon finding
- properly tag lost and found items and turn them in to management
- offer guest assistance when needed whenever possible
- greet guests when in visible contact and display a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances
- clean break room, guest laundry, vending and other areas as assigned
- comply with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards
- be cross-trained as Laundry Attendant or Houseman to provide assistance as needed
- embrace the utmost integrity and moral work ethic
- upon finding guest belongings after check-out, deliver to Front Desk or Management to process as lost and found
- work as a team and possess a can do attitude
- perform additional duties from a supervisor or hotel manager as necessary
