Job Duties
- clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- fulfill designated housekeeping duties including making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- keep guest rooms organized and tidy by changing bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries regularly
- complete extensive sanitation tasks as required
- maintain a fully stocked and operational housekeeping cart daily
- practice responsible waste disposal and recycling to support sustainability
- ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and prompt service
