Job Requirements
- At least six months of housekeeping experience
- Ability to be physically active including bending, pulling, pushing, lifting
- Experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, co-workers and public
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and maintain composure in emergencies
- Reasoning skills for understanding issues and providing feedback
- Proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience within senior living, hospitality or related industry preferred
- At least six months of prior housekeeping experience
- Experience interacting with guests, residents, co-workers and the public in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergency situations
- Good reasoning skills, ability to process information and provide feedback
- Proficiency in English communication
Job Duties

- Engaging with residents, families, guests and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
- Creating residences that sparkle and shine by performing thorough cleaning tasks such as bathrooms, kitchens, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, wiping appliances and dusting fixtures
- Ensuring the highest safety standards by maintaining an attractive work environment free of hazards and reporting any health, safety, sanitation concerns or maintenance issues
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration through open communication within and across departments
- Championing residents' expectations to ensure their satisfaction and success
