Job Requirements
- must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details and be aware of safety
- ability to lift up to fifty pounds
- must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents
- solid work ethic with quality customer service focus
- must be reliable and keep to schedule
- must be willing to learn
- must have reliable transportation
- must be legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- have a proven record of making responsible decisions with the resident's best interest in mind
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- effective communication skills with staff, residents, and family members
- proficiency with cleaning supplies and/or chemicals and their uses
- knowledge of professional cleaning equipment, supplies, and common house cleaning devices
- maintain a clean, tidy, and appropriately dressed appearance
- relate well with residents and their families
Job Duties
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas
- ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
- remove trash and soiled linens
- report any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor
- complete job related tasks assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Director
- work effectively as a team member with a focus on residents
- keep to schedule and be reliable
