Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 9 months housekeeping experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment
Job Qualifications
- Experience with mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing floors in a professional setting
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in healthcare or similar professional environment preferred
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
- Execute other housekeeping tasks as directed
- Ensure safe handling and use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
- Follow company policies and procedures related to housekeeping
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently
