Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 9 months housekeeping experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Basic understanding of cleaning equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing floors in a professional setting
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety guidelines
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in healthcare or similar professional environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing floors
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
  • Execute other housekeeping tasks as directed
  • Ensure safe handling and use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to housekeeping
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently
