Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- valid driver’s license for operating golf carts or trucks
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment
- physically able to lift and handle cleaning supplies
- willingness to perform shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading duties as needed

- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, MSDS, operations and maintenance instructions, employee handbook
- effective verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers
- maintain professionalism with courtesy and respect to customers and co-workers
Job Duties
- Keep a respectful and helpful attitude to customers
- adhere to the property service standards and grooming
- maintain the maid cart, chemicals, tools, radio, Proxiguard wand and PPE ready before fieldwork
- check in all Proxy-guard points in assigned areas
- use radio to communicate with supervisors and team members
- report incidents, accidents, property damage, lost/recovered items, injuries, and maintenance or housekeeping issues immediately
- follow all safety indications and OSHA practices and wear assigned personal protective equipment
- keep assigned zone clean, free of wet spills and chewing gum
- change or report trash cans when three-quarters full and dispose of trash if requested
- empty and clean ashtrays in zone
- keep tables, chairs, and furniture clean and dry
- maintain internal and external gardens debris-free
- ensure safety for co-workers and visitors
- refill chemical or paper dispensers such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed
- assist with shipping, receiving, loading and unloading tasks
- place and remove wet floor signs during cleaning
- clean tops of counters, water fountains, pay phones, mirrors, and storerooms
- operate industrial wet and dry vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, lifts, trucks or golf carts (with license), hand trucks, carpet extractors, and pressure washer machines depending on shift
