Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, associates, members, and the general public

  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage several abstract and concrete variables
  • Minimum two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience

Job Duties

  • Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks such as restocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping trash cans, disinfecting and cleaning toilets and showers, cleaning vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors regularly, and dry mopping wet areas
  • Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Greet members and guests throughout the property
  • Understand and anticipate member needs, be attentive, listen carefully, and follow through by providing exceptional customer service
  • Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
  • Actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and training
  • Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow-through and response
  • Work varied schedules that may include weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
