Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged, preferred
- prior housekeeping experience, preferred
- ability to read, write and speak english sufficiently to communicate with residents, guests and fellow employees
- ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in narrow and confined spaces
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds

- knowledge of cleaning products and linen care
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas and resident apartments
- perform scrubbing and scouring of surfaces
- ensure guest and resident areas are welcoming and neat
- follow community standards and procedures for housekeeping
- model friendly, courteous, and professional conduct in all interactions
- report maintenance issues and resident requests accurately
- operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
