Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer focus and customer service with a positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Physical stamina and mobility to include the ability to reach, kneel, bend with ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms according to the policies and brand standards of the hotel
- Restock room supplies including glassware, toiletries and linens
- Respond to guest requests for supplies and assistance
- Organize and restock the cart at the end of the shift
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the guest rooms
- Report on any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Turn in and record all lost and found items daily
