Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and banquet venues
- Wipe and shine furniture and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and clean and wax floors
- Dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- Warmly welcome visitors with a cheerful greeting
- Notify management of maintenance concerns and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain proper inventory levels in supply rooms
- Undertake intensive cleaning duties and manage specialized assignments
- Attend to guests' needs and help maintain cleanliness of guest rooms when necessary
