Job Requirements
- ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 50+ pounds frequently
- ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- excellent verbal communication skills
- a passion for perfection and attention to detail
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- maintain high level of positive and professional approach with team members and guests
- follow all safety and health regulations including personal protective equipment (ppe) protocol policies
- when the room is to be cleaned after a guest checks out, perform thorough cleanliness of bathroom, room, balconies and room furnishings - top to bottom - mindfully sanitizing all high touch surfaces (light switches, remotes, door handles, etc.)
- resolve issues for any approaching guests in a professional and timely manner
- learn and know the names of chemicals being used, if a guest were to stop them and ask
