Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and meeting/banquet venues
- wipe and shine furniture and fixtures
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean and wax floors
- dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- warmly welcome visitors with a cheerful greeting
- notify management of any maintenance concerns and equipment malfunctions
- ensure proper inventory levels are maintained in supply rooms
- undertake intensive cleaning duties and manage specialized assignments
- attend to the needs of guests and help maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms when necessary
