Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Ability to work open availability with day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and more with assistance
- Ability to push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over varied surfaces
- Willingness to adhere to company uniform and appearance standards
- Commitment to safety and reporting maintenance issues
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or sit for long periods
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and department requests
- Fill housekeeping carts with supplies and transport to assigned areas
- Enter guest rooms following established procedures
- Replace guest amenities and supplies
- Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
- Make beds and fold terry
- Clean bathrooms
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- Check that all appliances are present and operational in rooms
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including moving objects, pushing carts, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other duties as assigned
