Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficiently to communicate with residents, guests and fellow employees
- Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead to perform cleaning tasks and work in narrow and confined spaces
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure all areas of the community are neat, orderly and welcoming for guests
- Provide housekeeping services and upkeep of all common areas and resident apartments
- Model The Sterling Touch® friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests and fellow employees
- Scrub and scour surfaces and perform detailed cleaning tasks
- Work in narrow and confined spaces as required
- Stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and carry out cleaning duties continuously
