Job Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and handle abstract and concrete variables
- Minimum two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Professional and friendly manner
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to adapt to varying work schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance such as restocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping down trash cans, disinfecting and cleaning toilets and showers, cleaning vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuuming carpets, regularly mopping floors, and dry mopping wet areas
- Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Greet members and guests throughout the property
- Understand and anticipate the needs of members by being attentive, listening carefully, and following through to provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- Actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and training
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- Work schedules may vary and include weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
