Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in housekeeping preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including scrubbing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds
- Capability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods without sitting
- Ability to push carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a regular schedule from 9am to 5:30pm
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all residential and common areas
- Perform regular cleaning tasks including scrubbing, scouring, dusting, and vacuuming
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests related to housekeeping
- Ensure all materials and supplies are used according to community guidelines
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during cleaning processes
- Collaborate with the environmental services team to support overall community upkeep
