Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with residents, guests and fellow employees
- ability to scrub and scour surfaces including reaching overhead
- ability to work in narrow and confined spaces
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties in common areas and resident apartments
- ensure cleanliness and neatness of community spaces
- model the Sterling Touch® by displaying friendly, courteous, and professional behavior
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- adhere to community standards and procedures
- assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
- cooperate with team members and supervisors to uphold service quality
