Job Duties

Ensure rooms, public areas, and hallways are always clean, tidy, and ready to welcome guests
Meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation to deliver an exceptional experience from first impression
Respond promptly and kindly to any guest requests during their stay
Proactively report any issues or damages in guest rooms or hotel facilities
Work collaboratively with the team to manage time and resources efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as defined by company standards
