Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate outdoor and indoor areas
- must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, twist, lift up to 50 lbs, and use both hands
- good hearing, vision, and ability to communicate clearly
- comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to work safely around chemicals used in housekeeping and sanitation
- comfortable performing duties in proximity to body odors or other common mall conditions

- Ability to understand and follow safety rules, operational instructions, and company policies
- strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times
Job Duties
- Maintain a helpful and respectful attitude toward all guests and co-workers
- adhere to property service standards, including grooming and professional appearance
- prepare and maintain your cleaning cart with all necessary tools, chemicals, radio, and equipment
- inspect and service all assigned areas, including Proxy-Guard or other check points
- communicate clearly via radio with supervisors or team members
- report incidents, accidents, property damage, or maintenance issues promptly
- follow safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines, and wear required personal protective equipment
