Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Must be physically able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 70 percent of the workday
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to push or pull a cart
- Must be at least age 18 or older
- Must have a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand or walk for up to 70 percent of the workday
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push or pull on a cart
- May drive company vehicle and must be at least age 18 or older with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Performs cleaning services to residential rooms daily
- Performs scheduled deep cleaning of rooms
- Cleans floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items including high and low dusting, sweeping, dry and wet mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Cleans all bathrooms, scours, and polishes tubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment
- Cleans and polishes glass panels, doors, and partitions
- Straightens and rearranges furniture, empties and washes wastebaskets
- Cleans building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways
