Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts Friday through Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Capacity to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments and shared areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Uphold resident confidentiality
- Adhere to safety protocols including operating a golf cart as needed
- Follow company guidelines and policies
- Support a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet cleanliness standards
