Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic communication skills in English
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not mandatory
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to guest service excellence
- adherence to sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- vocational training in relevant housekeeping or hospitality skills
- basic English literacy
- knowledge of housekeeping duties on guest floors
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
- understanding of chemical use and room sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to guest requests promptly
- uphold sanitation procedures according to hotel standards
