- Physical requirements such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and co-workers
- Willingness to learn and participate in professional development
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule
- Clean residents' apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed
- Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms
- Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas as needed
- Take care of equipment used within the department
- Work with a team to complete assignments
