Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred experience of three to six months in housekeeping or janitorial roles
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- Positive attitude towards hospitality and senior care
- Ability to engage respectfully with residents and co-workers
- Compliance with vaccination status inquiries as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Responsible for performing various housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Greet residents, employees, and guests warmly, by name and with a smile
- Treat everyone with courteous respect
- Strive to anticipate resident, employee, and guest needs and act accordingly
- Listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of professionalism both in conduct and appearance at all times
