Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work weekends and/or full-time Monday through Friday
  • capacity to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to upholding community cleanliness and hospitality standards
  • willingness to learn and follow procedures
  • must pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or custodial experience valued
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong communication skills

  • reliability and punctuality
  • understanding of sanitation and safety standards in a senior living environment

Job Duties

  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • perform a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
  • greet residents, employees and guests warmly and courteously
  • anticipate and respond to resident, employee and guest needs in a timely manner
  • maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
  • pay close attention to details to ensure quality standards
  • hold oneself and others accountable for hospitality commitments
