Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work weekends and/or full-time Monday through Friday
- capacity to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to upholding community cleanliness and hospitality standards
- willingness to learn and follow procedures
- must pass background check and drug screening

- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- perform a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- greet residents, employees and guests warmly and courteously
- anticipate and respond to resident, employee and guest needs in a timely manner
- maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
- pay close attention to details to ensure quality standards
