Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to greet residents and guests warmly and courteously
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization to community standards
- Ability to follow vaccination requirements including hepatitis B, flu, and COVID-19 as applicable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Responsible for performing various housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and with a smile
- Treat everyone with courteous respect
- Anticipate resident, employee and guest needs and act accordingly
- Listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, both in conduct and appearance, at all times
