Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and laundry
- Willingness to embrace a hospitality-focused culture
- Ability to interact courteously with residents employees and guests
- Compliance with vaccination status inquiries including hepatitis B flu and COVID-19 as applicable
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Commitment to maintain professionalism and high standards of cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Commitment to uphold hospitality promises including courteous and respectful interactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform various housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive and comfortable environment
- Handle laundry functions to meet resident needs
- Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
- Attend to resident and staff requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation and safety standards
- Support team efforts to create a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere
