Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and laundry
  • Willingness to embrace a hospitality-focused culture
  • Ability to interact courteously with residents employees and guests
  • Compliance with vaccination status inquiries including hepatitis B flu and COVID-19 as applicable
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Commitment to maintain professionalism and high standards of cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Commitment to uphold hospitality promises including courteous and respectful interactions
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization at all times
  • Perform various housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive and comfortable environment
  • Handle laundry functions to meet resident needs
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
  • Attend to resident and staff requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all areas meet sanitation and safety standards
  • Support team efforts to create a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere
