Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
  • Follow schedule and instructions for daily cleaning assignments
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures
  • Adhere to community policies and protocols related to hygiene and safety
