Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing, walking, and lifting
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to pass background checks and vaccination status as required
- Strong commitment to hospitality and senior engagement

- Anticipate resident, employee, and guest needs and act accordingly
- Listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner
