Job Qualifications
- General knowledge of cleaning duties
- knowledge of specific use of broom mop vacuum buffer stripping machine lawn mower hedge trimmer and cleaning chemicals is preferred
- high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- ability to perform minor plumbing repairs is advantageous
- reliable and detail oriented
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Job Duties
- Collects and removes all trash cans from trash daily and replaces liners
- dusts
- vacuums
- sweeps
- washes windows
- cuts grass and trims hedges if necessary
- strips and waxes floors
- cleans air vents
- cleans light fixtures
- performs minor plumbing repairs such as unstopping clogged sinks drains or toilets
- disinfects and deodorizes restrooms
- replenishes toilet paper hand soap and paper towels twice daily
- cleans mirrors sinks toilets and urinals
- sweeps and mops restrooms
- cleans grounds around entire facility
- maintains a clean and safe work environment
- complies with all company policies and procedures
- performs other duties as assigned by management
