Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to follow safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Ability to work independently and stay on task
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to squat and reach overhead for extended periods
Comfortable standing on ladders for cleaning tasks

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of club facilities including locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas
Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas are regularly cleaned and free of debris
Work closely with General Manager to develop and adhere to weekly cleaning schedules
Handle all cleaning-related issues promptly and efficiently
Use cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
Restock supplies in bathrooms and other club areas as needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
