Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding Four Seasons service standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with housekeeping operations and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational needs
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Train housekeeping employees to achieve the high level of Four Seasons standards of cleanliness in owner/guest villas
- Conduct performance evaluations for all hourly Housekeeping staff
- Make recommendations and follow through on disciplinary action for assigned staff
- Monitor the performance of floor housepersons to ensure there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors and the hallways are maintained according to standards
- Participate in the inventories of guest supplies, linen and cleaning supplies
- Be familiar and understand all Residence Club and departmental policies, procedures and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping and the Four Seasons Hotels
- Participate in the annual housekeeping and expenses labor budget preparation
