  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Contributes to monthly guest satisfaction goals by providing exemplary service
  • Approaches all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly and service oriented manner
  • Ensures all safety and security protocols are followed and emergency procedures are well understood
  • Trains housekeeping staff on safety protocols and operational standards
  • Assists in assigning and monitoring housekeeping and laundry personnel
  • Conducts daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas using Quore checklist
  • Coordinates with Front Desk to provide up-to-date room status
  • Oversees laundry operations ensuring proper treatment and handling of linens
  • Maintains key control systems and reports missing keys immediately
  • Handles guest complaints and service requests as Manager on Duty
  • Steps in for Housekeeping Director when absent to lead the team
  • Oversees special projects to ensure high cleanliness standards
  • Ensures all housekeeping personnel adhere to uniform and safety beacon policies
  • Completes all required paperwork and communicates with General Manager regarding discrepancies
  • Monitors and secures all open or unlocked doors during shift
