Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with housekeeping and/or long term care preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work based on Charter House and department needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good manual dexterity
- Willingness to work on weekend rotation schedule

Job Duties
- Clean resident independent living apartments weekly
- Report changes in residents' behavior, health, or habits to management
- Provide daily cleaning for Short Term Rehabilitation Center, Supportive Living Center, Assisted Living Centers, and Guest apartments
- Conduct weekday and weekend security checks of apartments
- Remove trash, soiled linen, and recyclables from cleaned areas
- Process personal and Charter House linen and organize linen deliveries from outside contractors
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe manner using cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Provide custodial services including cleaning public areas
