Job Duties
- clean and upkeep designated sections of the hotel including meeting rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and shampoo carpets
- clean windows and polish floors
- dispose of waste and clean ashtrays
- greet guests with genuine hospitality and a smile
- report maintenance issues to building management timely
- keep records of stock movement and assist in replenishing stock levels
- carry out deep cleaning tasks and manage specific assignments
- respond to guest requests and assist in guest room sanitation as required
