Job Duties
- clean and upkeep designated hotel areas
- handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- clean windows and polish floors
- manage waste disposal and ashtray cleaning
- greet guests warmly
- report maintenance needs promptly
- keep a record of stock movement and assist with replenishment
- perform deep cleaning tasks and specific assignments
- assist in sanitizing guest rooms when required
