Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- strong work ethic and reliability
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- clean and upkeep designated sections of the hotel
- handle guest inquiries to maintain guest satisfaction
- clean meeting rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum carpets
- sweep and mop floors
- shampoo carpets
- clean windows and polish floors
- handle waste disposal and ashtray cleaning
- greet guests with a smile
- report necessary repairs or maintenance to management
- keep record of stock movement and assist in stock replenishment
- carry out deep cleaning tasks and manage specific assignments
- aid in sanitation of guest rooms as required
